Welcome to the Grand Forks AFB Thrift Shop!

Our Purpose: The Thrift Shop exists to provide base personnel the opportunity to donate or sell their unneeded personal property and to purchase needed items at reasonable prices.
The Thrift Shop is an operation of the Grand Forks Officers' Spouses Club and the net proceeds from our sales are given back to the community in the form of charitable contributions. Please check our bulletin board at the Thrift Shop for our most recent charitable contributions.
Volunteers
We can always use an enthusiastic volunteer! If you are a member of OSC or ESC and you would like to help us, please drop by during our operating hours.
Volunteers perform nearly all duties within the Thrift Shop. The accept consignments and donations, complete consignment contracts, prepare inventory tickets, ring up merchandise, maintain sales sheets, place items into inventory, withdraw items from inventory, assist customers, and many other tasks.
In return for donating their time and effort, volunteers enjoy many advantages associated with the Thrift Shop:
- Reimbursement for babysitting costs (restrictions apply!)
- First choice on new consignments and donated items
- Free soft drink and snack while working
- The opportunity to spend quality time with other great volunteers and many fine customers
